We here at consciouscooking.org want everyone to know one of the most important ways to fight climate change is to eat less meat and dairy, and we will show you how to do it!

We offer 2 introductory videos to get you started with basic facts on how  meat-centric diets in 2024 affect the environment and our health, and then provide a wide range of movies, books, studies and articles for a deeper dive. Our easy, tasty recipes will make you a believer. Hopefully our site can serve as a tool to help you spread the word, as  global change to more plant focused diets  has been declared by United Nations scientists as vital to achieve global warming goals.  Visit our blogs for informative and controversial topics.
