This video presents some of the largest studies to date proving that a more plant-focused diet is best for our health and may increase our lifespan by 12-20%.

Do you know these mind blowing facts?

  • Eating a plant-focused diet is the healthiest thing you can do for yourself, reducing your risk of chronic diseases by 80% and risk of death by 14-20%.

  • 77% of all agricultural land on earth is devoted solely to growing crops for livestock and for grazing, and yet it supplies only 18% of the world's calories.

  • Giving up just beef in the US would reduce greenhouse gas emissions the same amount as all US homes produce. It would be like putting solar on every roof! (The Climate Book, Greta Thunberg: Chapt 5.5 Gidon Eshel, p. 341)

  • Eating less meat can be "the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth... It is far bigger than cutting down on your flights or buying an electric car...

  • People who follow a plant-based diet account for 75 percent less in greenhouse gas emissions ,75 percent less land use, 54 percent less water use, and 66 percent less biodiversity loss.

  • Be surprised how significantly your food choices affect greenhouse gas emissions by trying the BBC's interactive and revealing Foodprint Calculator .
